My Story – Coach Ricardo Walker

I’m Shai Ricardo Walker, and I’ve been an online fitness coach for about three years now. But before that? I was stuck in the trial-and-error loop, trying to figure out how to get in great shape without giving up everything else I loved. Between juggling life as a full-time student, a business professional, and keeping up with friends, family, and relationships—it was exhausting.

Hours in the gym and kitchen started feeling like a grind. I lost friends, relationships, and even sleep. Eventually, I got out of shape and hit rock bottom.

One day, I just thought, “There’s got to be an easier way!” And that’s when everything changed. I spent years testing workouts, diets, and lifestyle hacks until I cracked the code. Now, fitness isn’t a burden—it’s part of my life, seamlessly woven into everything I do.

THE PROGRAM

My program? Let’s just say it’s not your typical cookie-cutter fitness plan. In fact, some might even call it a little unorthodox. Why? Because I let my clients do things that other programs might frown upon—like enjoying their favorite foods while still seeing results. We also mix it up in the gym by ditching some of those traditional bodybuilding movements and swapping in more fun, functional exercises that actually make life easier and more enjoyable.

And you won’t be chained to the gym for hours on end. Instead, you’re looking at 45–60-minute sessions (sometimes even just 30 minutes!) 2-4 times a week. Plus, I make meal prep effortless

with all the resources, tools, and suggestions you need to make it work for your lifestyle—whether you’re a meal-prep pro or a complete newbie.

Now, let’s talk about flexibility. I always have a backup plan for every scenario. Got an issue with Plan A? No problem—I’ve got a Plan B. Not vibing with Plan B? We’re moving to Plan C. Bottom line: I troubleshoot every obstacle, and there’s no such thing as hitting a plateau when you’re working with me. As long as you’re coachable, put in a little effort, and stick with me, success is practically a given. I make it as easy as possible for you to hit your goals—delivered to you on a plate (yep, pun intended).
